No, this is not a blog about the weather, but snow is an exciting thing -- especially here in North Carolina. This is our first snow of the season. I decided to go to work today since the weather report said it would end around lunch time and the temperature was a degree above freezing. The drive in was fine -- no wrecks. Everyone was driving carefully. We are only getting 1-3 inches. Typically a snow storm (even such a small one) in North Carolina leads to chaos: grocery stores stripped of bread and milk, wrecks everywhere -- but I think this one caught people by surprise so they didn't have time for collective panic.
